    We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, excellent location on the port, the staff were affable. Great breakfast selection with great views, fresh juice, everyone could find their favorite food.

    Thanks for the stay this time - would come here again. We really enjoyed this place, it's good small. The units are stocked, modern looking. There are lots of supplies like: coffee and a living area.

    Waking up to nice views of the harbor was amazing , and the modern, beautifully designed rooms. The team secured us fantastic dining reservations.

    Finding the hotel can be quite tricky with confusing surroundings , and the nearby restaurants' evening noise may disrupt your sleep quality.

    Loved our stay at Ambassadors! The views of Chania harbor were amazing and the staff were helpful, arranging boat trips and dinner reservations for us. Just a heads-up, there are quite a few steps to climb, so travel light!

    This hotel was supposed to be a luxury escape, but the non-functional air conditioning made it unbearable. Absoluteley despicable! And don't even get me started on the noise from the street! I almost gave a good review, but as a special guest, i definitely expected a complimentary gesture, but received nothing instead.

    The Ambassadors offered an very nice experience . The front desk staff, including Christina and Angelina, were helpful, providing insights for excursions and restaurant recommendations. The hotel's location was unparalleled, positioned conveniently for access to the harbor, shopping, and restaurants. The room was bothvery comfy and tidy, with good mattresses and wonderful views of the harbor.

    The noise from nearby establishments can be disruptive.

    Would recommend for a weekend respite

    Excellent room, the room we stayed in had a fantastic view of the harbor and a very comfortable bed , and the location is perfect for exploring with plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Don't forget to try the delicious breakfast at the nearby restaurant.
